Welcome to my little blog, "Made for my Sunshine". A little back ground info on me! When I was younger my nickname was "Sunshine" I would dance around the house and try to make EVERYONE happy and in a better mood, thus came the nickname. This continued through out my life and I have always tried to have a positive optimistic view on everything. Maybe a little too optimistic at times my husband says!
Well a few things have happened since I was three, weird right?, and I've started to create a little family of my own. On October 11, 2012 (yes, 10.11.12) our little man came into our lives and has blessed and changed us for the better forever. Low and behold he is the happiest go lucky baby ever! He has no fear and loves everyone. He is the happiest 10 month old in the entire world! I may be a bit biased but whatever. Out of no where, the nickname returned! He is now MY sunshine. He brings our little family the most joy anyone could ever ask for. Crazy how kiddos can do that right? We truly are so blessed to have him in our lives and could never ask for a better little cowboy!
So now onto the "Made" part of this blog. I'm sure you've guessed it. I LOVE CRAFTS! Any form. Any time. Any where. You name it, I'll try it! I know I'll fail the first couple shots, but trial and error is how you learn! My hubby lost his job of 13 years this past March and it was life shattering! He loved his job and it was the last thing that we could have ever imagined to have happen. The news hit us like a ton of bricks and we couldn't have been more surprised. Thankfully, my hubby is a real Cowboy and knows how to get back on the horse after it throws you. His last day at his job was Friday, he got a call that same day from and electrical company (mind you he is currently NOT an electrician) and they offered him a job. BLESSINGS MUCH?! He was without a job Saturday and Sunday and started on Monday at his new one. Of course we are so incredibly grateful for such an amazing blessing. On a very grateful side note, this job did come with a massive pay cut so I went back to work full time, (working from home thankfully) and has put the idea in my head to sell my little hand mades!
So what can I make you ask? Well, let me tell you and there will be pictures soon to follow (I always forget to take pictures before I send my items off!)
